conflict - a disagreement, fight or war

mediate - to act as a neutral person when 2 or more people disagree in order to help them reach an agreement

literal - literal language is meaning exactly what you say

figurative - figurative language is saying one thing and meaning another

Authenticity: undisputed credibility. 

Attendance: the act or the fact e.g physician in attendance!
